This page describes the management methods of the website http://www.mancenter.org with reference to the processing of the personal data of its users.

The personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures have been implemented to prevent data loss, abuse, incorrect data use and unauthorized access.
RIGHTS OF THE CONCERNED PARTIES
The parties to whom the personal data refer have the right, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of said data and to be informed about their content and origin, verify their accuracy or request their addition, update or correction (art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003*).
Pursuant to the same article you have the right to request the deletion, transformation into an anonymous form or the blocking of your data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their use.

Title II - Rights of the Concerned Party
Article 7. Right of access to personal data and other rights
- The concerned party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of his/her personal data, even if not yet registered, and the communication of the same in an intelligible manner.
- The concerned party has the right to be informed:
a) of the source of the personal data;
b) of the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) of the logic applied to the processing, if carried out with the help of electronic means;
d) of the identification of the data controller, data processors and the representative designated in accordance with article 5, subsection 2;
e) of the entities or categories of entity to which the personal data may be communicated and which gain knowledge of them in their capacity as designated representatives within the country, data processors or persons in charge of the processing. - The concerned party has the right to obtain:
a) updating, correction or, when desired, integration of data;
b) deletion, transformation into an anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations as per letters a) and b) were made known, including their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disclosed, except where this is impossible or involves a commitment of resources clearly disproportionate to the protected right. - The party concerned has the right to oppose the following entirely or partially:
a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of their personal data, even if pertinent to the purposes for which they were collected;
b) the processing of their personal data for the purpose of sending material for advertising or direct sales or for the purpose of market research or commercial communications.
